Breakfast is served every morning at 08:30 on the large larch table set up in the old stable with a vaulted ceiling.

To start the day in a good mood it is essential to fill up on energy, so every morning we offer fruit juice and a hot drink, tea, infusion, American coffee, milk, cappuccino. Baked apples with cinnamon. Yogurt with whole grains and Muesli. The croissants. Fresh bread which we accompany with raspberry, blueberry, apricot, c├Ędre. 

With a little extra, upon request/reservation we serve the typical cheese of the Aosta Valley, Fontina d.o.p. and eggs.
