Breakfast is served every morning at 08:30 on the large larch table set up in the old stable with a vaulted ceiling.

To start the day in a good mood it is essential to fill up on energy, so every morning we offer fruit juice and a hot drink, tea, infusion, American coffee, milk, cappuccino. Yogurt with whole grains and Muesli. The croissants. We toast the fresh bread which we accompany with raspberry, blueberry, apricot, citron, apple and grape compote. 

Let's prepare the fresh fruit salad. 

With a little extra, upon request/reservation we serve the typical cheese of the Aosta Valley, i.e. Fontina and eggs.
