Terms and conditions of the stay Cancellation conditions

For booking, all you need is your confirmation email and a deposit equal to 30% of the amount to the coordinates that we will communicate in our booking confirmation email. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date,30 days before arrival in the High and Very High season periods, the structure regulation provides for the transformation of the entire amount of the deposit into a future holiday voucher (Voucher) not divisible. In case of late cancellation, the deposit will be lost. Basically, if the room is re-rented for all the nights, we still transform the deposit into a holiday voucher. In the event of partial reoccupation of the room, the deposit proportional to the nights lost will be retained. In case of no-show, the deposit or advance paid will be retained. Terms of payment

The balance will be paid upon check-in. In the periods of high and very high season the balance must be paid 7 days before arrival. In the cases - when provided for by the structure - of a non-refundable rate, the traveler is required to make the advance payment and according to the methods indicated to complete the booking. The payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the stay.

Conditions of stay   Check-in must be between 16:00 and 18:00.  Check-out must be done before 10.00 - In case of delay, the cost of another night could be charged

Breakfast In the case of treatment with breakfast included, breakfast will be served at 8.30.


In the two-room apartments only the minimum amount of initial linen is provided. The two-room apartments are not cleaned during the stay. The final cleaning has an additional cost to be paid upon departure. For hygienic reasons it is not possible to prepare or consume meals in the rooms. For security reasons, it is absolutely forbidden to welcome unbooked guests both in the rooms and in the apartments.

Additional notes

We do not accept pets. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. It is forbidden to organize parties and\or host other unbooked guests. A serene and calm behavior is recommended. Separate collection is mandatory. In the two-room apartments there are no personal services (breakfast, intermediate cleaning, linen change) they will be checked on departure. The kitchenette, if used, must always be clean.

NO TV, NO WIFI.

The garage costs 10 euros/day/car.

The tourist tax has a cost of 0.80 euro/person/day and must be paid in cash in the structure.
