Terms and conditions of the stay Reservation and Cancellation conditions

For booking, all you need is your confirmation email and a deposit equal to 30% of the amount to the coordinates that we will communicate in our booking confirmation email. 

  • Cancellation penalties apply to the deposit paid: Cancellation with at least 30 days' notice: no penalty. We will refund the amount paid, minus a € 15,00 processing fee and bank transfer fee. Refunds are not applicable for non-refundable rooms. For cancellations up to 8 days before arrival, we will convert the entire deposit into a non-divisible vacation voucher to be used within the current year, subject to availability. In the event of late cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.

    • Terms of payment

    The balance will be paid upon check-in.

    Conditions of stay:   Check-in must be between 16:00 and 18:00.  Check-out must be done before 10.00 - In case of delay, the cost of another night could be charged

    Breakfast : In the case of treatment with breakfast included, breakfast will be served at 8.30.

    For hygienic reasons it is not possible to introduce, to prepare or consume meals in the rooms.

    In the two-room apartments only the minimum amount of initial linen is provided. The two-room apartments are not cleaned during the stay. The final cleaning has an additional cost to be paid upon departure.  For security reasons, it is absolutely forbidden to welcome unbooked guests both in the rooms and in the apartments.

    Additional notes

    We do not accept pets. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. It is forbidden to organize parties and\or host other unbooked guests. A serene and calm behavior is recommended. Separate collection is mandatory. In the two-room apartments there are no personal services (breakfast, intermediate cleaning, linen change) they will be checked on departure. The kitchenette, if used, must always be clean.

    NO TV, NO WIFI.

    The parking space: costs 10 euros/day/car in garage

    The tourist tax: has a cost of 1,50 euro/person/day and must be paid in cash in the structure. 

    Item forgotten at the property: Please check your room carefully upon departure. We are not responsible for items left unattended on the property's grounds. Items left in the room, if found, must be retrieved personally or by a courier. The guest is responsible for collecting the items during opening hours.
