No Bed Bugs Protocol

Dear guests, at our accommodation, we take care of you! We have procedures in place to prevent the arrival and proliferation of bed bugs.
Our measures :
1. Let us know as soon as you arrive if you've been bitten in the previous few days (be careful, spots can appear 20 days after the bite).
2. Backpacks and luggage are not allowed in the rooms; we will provide you with new plastic bags to store them closed and we will store them for you in our locked storage. We will return them to you in the morning upon departure.
3. Take your essentials things in a clean case provided.
In the event of a sting :
1. Don't panic! They are not dangerous, but they can be annoying. Let us know in the morning at the departure.
2. Put your belongings in a clean case and check your rucksacks.
3. Wash your belongings at 60° and freeze them for 48 hours.
