Bed & Breakfast Booking Information & Conditions
The B&B's room rates include: accommodation in a matrimomial room for two people, Breakfast, and in-room amenities: a Kettle with herbal teas and herbal teas, a Glass Bottle to fill at the fountain, and a Fleece Blanket for reading on the lounger.
- Tarif/room: from 120,00 to 160,00 euros/night/room included Breakfast
- The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest change.
- Weekly Bed linen and Towels change
- Check-in: from 16:00 to 18:00
- Check-out: by 10:00
- Breakfast: all together at 08:30
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANIMAL
- Parking space: euro 10.00 per car/day in garage
- The minimum stay is 2 nights, but in some periods a minimum stay of 3/5 nights is required.
- Cancellation penalties apply to the deposit paid: Cancellation with at least 30 days' notice: no penalty. We will refund the amount paid, minus a € 15,00 processing fee and bank transfer fee. Refunds are not applicable for non-refundable rooms. For cancellations up to 10 days before arrival, we will convert the entire deposit into a non-divisible vacation voucher to be used within the current year, subject to availability and updated to the rate of the chosen period. In the event of late cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Opening by reservatio only: from 1 June to 30 September, from 05 December to 10 January, from 1 February to 30 March.
AFTER THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION, THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE BY EMAIL TO COMPLETE THE RESERVATION WE WILL SEND THE PAYMENT LINK FOR THE 30% DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD.
ONLY AFTER PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT WILL THE RESERVATION BE EFFECTIVE.
THE BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN STRUCTURE AT CHECK-IN
